Aevium Interactive is a security-forward game studio building an offline, zero-trust response to the live-service era. We reject retention traps, cloud authority, floating-point drift, and reversible failure. We build systems that can be audited, systems that can be lost, and systems that never lie about who owns the world-state.
Zero-Trust Worldbuilding · Offline Sovereignty · Integer Determinism · Hardware-Bound Save States · Adversarial Design
Section 01 // Studio Directive
Modern live-service design converts the player into a telemetry source, the save file into a revocable lease, and the world into a remote operations problem. We reject the entire arrangement.
Aevium builds local-first worlds governed by deterministic law: Zero-Trust boundaries, cryptographic auditability, offline execution, and failure states that cannot be bought back through storefront absolution. The simulation belongs to the machine in front of you, not to a distant server farm, a battle-pass calendar, or an analytics dashboard.

§ Section 02 // Adversary Model
What the industry markets as engagement is usually surveillance, remote dependency, and monetized reversal. We name the mechanics precisely because euphemism is part of the exploit.
Exploit 01
Mass-market live-service games instrument the player as a behavioral lab rat: session cadence, friction tolerance, churn probability, spend triggers, and social pressure loops. Aevium rejects the premise that psychological telemetry is a legitimate design substrate.
Exploit 02
When truth lives on a remote server, ownership becomes conditional. The save is no longer yours; it is merely a permission the operator may suspend, roll back, reshape, or retire on schedule.
Exploit 03
Battle passes, rotating scarcity, and premium recovery loops are not harmless monetization garnish. They are operational levers tuned to weaponize anxiety, soften consequence, and sell the antidote to the wound.
| Live-Service Primitive | Failure Mode | Aevium Counter-Model |
|---|---|---|
| Telemetry funnels | Behavioral surveillance of fear, spend, and churn | Local-first execution with zero third-party beacons |
| Seasonal scarcity | Manufactured urgency and fear-of-missing-out | Self-contained progression with no expiring entitlements |
| Cloud authority | Ownership downgraded to a revocable license | Cryptographically verifiable local authority |
| Floating-point simulation | Cross-device drift and unverifiable outcomes | 10,000 BP integer manifold |
| Soft death plus restore offers | Failure becomes cosmetic and fraud surface widens | Hardware-bound permadeath with no paid resurrection |
§ Section 03 // Security Doctrine
Security at Aevium is not a compliance appendix. It is the shape of the fiction, the rules engine, and the player contract. Every caller, every prompt, every payload, every timestamp, and every peer is hostile until proven valid.
Boundary 01
The UI and AI layers consume ObfuscatedGameState and nothing else. Direct access to raw GameState is treated as a critical vulnerability. Any bypass attempt is grounds for immediate peer quarantine.
Boundary 02
The Sovereign AI is an observer and interpreter, never the author of reality. It cannot mutate state, grant resources, or narratively overrule the ledger. Every output is untrusted until it survives schema validation and ledger verification.
Boundary 03
UUID nonces are recorded before mutability checks. role and callerID assertions gate privileged behavior. Stale clocks, future clocks, and replay windows all fail closed against the ledger.
IDOR Defense
Entity ownership is mathematically validated via the TransactionLedger.
TOCTOU Defense
Validation and resource deduction execute inside a single isolated engine transaction.
LLM Defense
Prompt injection, info disclosure, and excessive agency are constrained at the cognitive boundary.
Side-Channel Defense
Hidden-state comparisons run in constant time using XOR mismatch accumulation, not naive equality.
§ Section 04 // Integer Mandate
IEEE 754 arithmetic introduces drift, hardware variance, and rounding ambiguity. In a deterministic simulation, that is not a harmless implementation detail; it is a fracture in the chain of truth. Aevium bans Double, Float, and CGFloat from the Engine, Domain, and Ledger layers.
\[ \mathcal{Q} \;=\; \bigl\{\, q \in \mathbb{Z} \;\bigm|\; 0 \le q \le 10{,}000 \,\bigr\} \]
All percentages, ratios, and fractional states are expressed as scaled integers under a 10,000 basis-point ceiling. Time is deterministic. Randomness is seeded. Even inference scaffolding keeps transport knobs integer-clamped. We do not permit approximation to rewrite law.
\( 10^{4} \)
Basis-Point Ceiling
Every quantity is expressed on an integer manifold. No drift. No decimal fog.
\( 0 \)
Core Floats
Floating-point values are banned from deterministic authority surfaces.
13 Hz
World Beat
The fundamental frequency of Mēkadhur anchors constants, timing, and physical rhythm.
Deterministic Enforcement
The engine rejects wall-clock authority and probabilistic shortcuts. Date() and SystemRandomNumberGenerator are banned in deterministic authority paths, and the MeteorologicalOracle must cast and return strictly deterministic Int values.
⚠︎ Section 05 // Terminal Consequence
A loss condition that can be support-ticketed away is not loss. The Void-Shackle binds campaign identity to a private key stored in the Apple Secure Enclave. Upon legitimate, cryptographically proven defeat, that key is destroyed and the save collapses into unreadable ciphertext.
\[ \lim_{t \to t_{\dagger}} \mathsf{sk} \;=\; \varnothing \]
No cloud restore. No paid resurrection. No administrator quietly reversing consequence because the economy requires the wound to stay soft.
Mechanism 01
Each campaign lives behind a hardware-isolated key. When terminal defeat is verified, the Secure Enclave destroys the key and the campaign becomes cryptographic ash.
Mechanism 02
The final state is serialized into a permanent tombstone artifact and fed back into future map generation as a scar. Failure is remembered. The world keeps the wound.
Mechanism 03
A highest verified block height is stored outside the save. Roll the file backward and the engine detects temporal tampering, triggers a chronal paradox, and terminates the campaign permanently.
§ Section 06 // Lead Architect
Aevium is led by a DevSecOps architect with a blended background in cybersecurity, psychology, and systems design. That background changes the question at the whiteboard. Not “How do we maximize retention?” but “Where does trust fracture, what can be spoofed, and how does a hostile actor exploit the fiction?”
Security controls are not layered on after content production. They are authored directly into mechanics, AI boundaries, save-state lifecycle, and the emotional contract of loss itself.
Operational Posture
Discipline 01
Cryptographic audit paths, constant-time verification, access control, replay defense, and hostile-network assumptions inform the project from the first sketch.
Discipline 02
Adversarial cognition and behavioral analysis shape how the studio models trust, fear, grief, coercion, and manipulation without becoming a manipulator itself.
Discipline 03
Deterministic architecture, local inference boundaries, and simulation rules are treated as one coherent surface, not separate departments negotiating after the fact.
§ Section 07 // DevSecOps Pillars
These are the invariants that survive art direction, scope pressure, and feature creep. If a proposed system violates them, the system is wrong even if it is shippable.
Pillar 01
Presentation and AI layers consume projected state only. Hidden truth never crosses into an untrusted layer raw.
Pillar 02
Replay defense is enforced before action semantics are evaluated so even non-mutating payloads cannot be re-used as probes.
Pillar 03
Ledger synchronization and hidden-state checks use constant-time mismatch accumulation to reduce timing leakage.
Pillar 04
Inference transport is loopback-only during scaffolding and fails closed behind the JSON Guillotine when output deviates from schema.
Pillar 05
Keys and signatures cross Domain and Network edges as raw Data, preserving post-quantum agility and sealing implementation details inside the Vault.
Pillar 06
No peer advances the timeline until every peer proves the same context hash for the same ledger tick. Speed never outranks consensus.
Studio Conclusion
Aevium builds games as if operational security, mathematical determinism, and player dignity are the same problem. Because they are.
The Studio page is not a biography. It is a deployment policy.
